This policy explains how the "Umnoe Telo" project ("we") handles data when using our internal customer-support tool, which combines messages from Instagram, Telegram, VK, email and other channels into a single agent inbox.
Who we are & contact

Data we process
- the content of messages and comments you send to our accounts (text, attachments);
- your public profile in the relevant network: username, ID, profile picture;
- conversation metadata: timestamp, channel, conversation identifier.
We only process data that you send us when contacting support.
Purpose
The sole purpose is to receive and respond to customer inquiries. We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.
Storage & security
Data is stored on our own self-hosted server, not in third-party SaaS. Data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS. Access is restricted to authorized support agents who log in.
Subprocessors
- Hosting provider — provides the server that runs the system.
- AI suggestion service — message text may be sent to draft a reply suggestion shown only to the agent. Suggestions are never sent automatically.
There are no other recipients. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Retention
We keep conversation data only as long as needed for support and delete it on your request or when it is no longer needed.

Data Deletion page. You can also revoke the app's access in Instagram under "Settings → Privacy → Apps and websites".
